Ingrid Napkins

Crafted from soft 100% linen and finished with the embroidered A.S. monogram, these napkins bring old-world elegance to the table with contemporary ease. Featuring exclusive archival prints, they are made for everyday living with effortless, machine-washable care.

This print draws on late 19th-century Japanese paper impression inspired by Indian textiles referred to as “sarasa”. The Ingrid mimics the soft, fluid strokes of a watercolor brush in warm hues of coffee and beige.

First Use Instructions

Before the first use, wash linens to set the color. Use warm water with laundry detergent on a gentle cycle. Line dry.

Care

1. Machine wash up to 30ºC/86ºF on a gentle cycle.
2. Do not bleach.
3. Do not dry clean.
4. Do not tumble dry.
5. Iron low temperature up to 110ºC/230ºF.
6. Line dry.

Autumn Sonata is a design atelier bringing a new lens to archival, historic, and storied objects.

Working as archivists and designers, we travel to uncover heirlooms hidden across bygone European estates, buried within dusty bookshelves, tucked into forgotten corners and re-contextualize them anew in imaginative, elegant forms.

Guided by both preserving the storied lineage of these historic objects and allowing them to fuel our current curiosities, we offer an evolving catalog that reflects this generative, reexamined relationship between intriguingly beautiful objects of any era.
