At The Post Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods; if an item doesn't feel right in your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our shop without damage.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
